Epitomizing strong leadership and strategic vision, Timothy Corriston is Connell Foley's Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. With extensive experience in complex litigation, he is a valuable asset to his clients. Tim dedicates himself to understanding the details of each dispute and crafts personalized strategies to address his client's needs. He is a trusted advisor to businesses ranging from startups to mature companies, applying his strategic outlook and creative problem-solving skills to help them efficiently achieve their goals.

Tim provides experienced counsel to companies on issues related to transactions and capital-raising and rigorously represents businesses grappling with a wide array of complex litigation and business concerns.

Acting as outside general counsel, Tim also advises companies on day-to-day legal matters that can affect their bottom lines, such as strategy, contracts, and issues related to employment matters. The businesses he represents are members of a broad range of industries, including the energy, fintech, healthcare, information technology, software products, and telecommunications sectors.

Tim is a member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association and the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Fordham Law School Alumni Association.
