Victoria Donoghue and Abigail Walsh, partners in Connell Foley LLP’s Immigration and Global Mobility Group, will moderate the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s (NJICLE’s) annual Immigration Conference on April 16.

Highlights from the upcoming conference include discussions addressing: local challenges within the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR); trends, protocols, and recent updates affecting immigration enforcement and border procedures; U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (USCIS’) policies and procedures; material changes in Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) petitions; and more!

The conference’s organizers promise to provide participants with access to “top-tier experts and governmental agency heads who directly shape immigration and labor policy and procedure.”

Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Immigration Law Section, this year's conference will also review the impact of recent U.S. immigration policy changes on the U.S. immigration landscape.

Participants are eligible for Continuing Legal Education credits.
