Connell Foley LLP will play a major role in the 2024 Jersey City Summit for Real Estate Investment on May 29 at the Harborside Plaza.
The summit brings together leaders in the real estate industry from all over the tri-state area. It’s intended to help accelerate investment in and collaboration on the region’s leading real estate projects, programs, and initiatives.
James McCann, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate & Land Use Group, will Chair the event and moderate a session that will include remarks by the Hon. Steven Fulop, Jersey City’s mayor. Real Estate & Land Use Group Co-Chairs Nevins McCann and George Garcia, as well as Philip F. McGovern, Managing Partner of the firm’s Jersey City office, will also serve as presenters.
More than 1,200 real estate principals, investors, owners, developers, and stakeholders are expected to attend.
