  • This position (for 2017 - 2023 grad) is located in New York, NY (Midtown East) with flexibility for partial remote work. The associate will be defending our clients primarily in the areas of: premises liability, product liability, Labor Law, toxic tort and intellectual property - primarily in the areas of Trademark and Copyright and as well as brand protection.

  • Connell Foley LLP is seeking attorneys with at least 2 - 4 years of experience handling cybersecurity, privacy and incident response matters to join its fast-growing team.

  • This is a full-time role for a Legal Administrative Assistant in Connell Foley's NYC office, located in Midtown East. NY, with remote work 1 day/week. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, legal document preparation, communication with the courts, clients and other counsel, and assisting with overseeing a practice group. The role involves supporting attorneys and other legal professionals in day-to-day tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the legal team.

  • Connell Foley LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate with four (4) to seven (7) years of experience to assist our New York team. Option to work out of either New York or Roseland location. Candidates must be admitted in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas: NY Labor Law; Construction Litigation; Premises Liability. 

  • Connell Foley is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience. Candidates must be admitted in New Jersey and New York; Pennsylvania admission is a plus. Work experience and references are required. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, research capabilities as well as writing and deposition skills.
