  • Connell Foley LLP is a leading regional law firm with a diverse practice base. The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate for its New York office. Qualified applicants will have three to five years of litigation experience in New York Labor Law, construction litigation and premises liability. Candidates must be admitted in New York; New Jersey Admission is a plus.

  • Connell Foley seeks associate attorneys with at least two years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation and analysis. In addition to relevant work experience, candidates must possess strong academic credentials, research and writing skills, and be able to work as part of a team in a large group.

  • Connell Foley seeks a mid-level associate with three to five years of insurance defense litigation experience in general liability, auto, products and medical malpractice matters. Some experience with jury trials (to verdict) is desirable but not required. In addition to relevant work experience, candidates must possess strong academic credentials, research and writing skills, and be able to work as part of a team in a large group.

  • Connell Foley seeks a mid-level associate with at least three years of practical litigation experience in general litigation matters relating to commercial disputes, health or retirement plan benefits, personal injury, construction, fraudulent claims, and/or class actions. New Jersey and New York Admission required.

This position helps to drive marketing communications initiatives and strategic business development activities on a firm-wide, practice group and individual level.
