Noel Humphreys, counsel in Connell Foley's Corporate and Business Law Group, will participate in a live webinar on March 6 titled “LLC Rule Changes Guide 2024.”
The program will address factors that should inform the choice of an LLC as an entity type, as well as issues related to the formation, operation, and dissolution of LLCs.
Noel’s portion of the presentation will specifically concern LLC operating issues such as data security, transfers of interests, and members' rights. He will also deliver instructions on what to look for when revising operating agreements.
While it is designed for lawyers, the webinar also will provide information valuable to accountants, tax professionals, fiduciaries, directors, and paralegals.
Participating lawyers are eligible for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits.
