On November 15, 2023, First Environment and Connell Foley LLP hosted a complimentary "Environmental Claims Symposium: Navigating Challenges and Advancements" for an audience of insurance underwriters, claims analysts, and in-house counsel dealing with New York & New Jersey environmental cleanup risks. During the symposium, Environmental Group Chair Agnes Antonian presented new federal and state environmental regulations, while Environmental Partner Steve Barnett discussed ethical rules and LSRP site reopeners.
