Steve Barnett, a partner in Connell Foley’s Environmental Law Group, presents at The Hudson County Bar Association & Foundation "Environmental Remediation: What You Need to Know!" seminar on September 27, 2017. Steve and his co-presenter, Kenneth Goldstein of Ransom Environmental, will cover legal requirements; technical aspects of environmental investigation; and cleanups of commercial, industrial and residential properties in Hudson County. The program will present information on the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program, which was created by the New Jersey Site Remediation Reform Act of 2009. Topics will include environmental due diligence, innocent owner protection, underground storage tanks, reporting obligations, deed notices, historic fill, financial assurance posting requirements and lender financing requirements.
