Mark Fleder and Mitchell Taraschi, partners in Connell Foley’s Construction Law Group, present at the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section program “The Palisades Decision: Yay or Nay?” The continuing legal education (CLE) program takes place on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the New Jersey Law Center, New Brunswick, NJ and will discuss the Supreme Court’s recent decision regarding statutes of limitations in construction defect cases.
