George Duke, a partner in Connell Foley’s Environmental Law Group, will speak at the Green Building Initiative’s (GBI) New York Sustainable Buildings & Decarbonization Seminar on April 6, 2023, in New York.

This half-day seminar will bring new and existing members of the GBI community together to share innovative ideas and learn about resources to collectively reduce climate impacts by improving the built environment.

Duke and co-panelists David Kelly and Mike Cary of CPACE Forbright Bank will present "CPACE and Local Law 97, Financing Green Globes" and discuss Local Law 97 and how CPACE financing can help buildings become Local Law 97 compliant.
