Karen Painter Randall, Chair of Connell Foley's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group, is a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) "2020 Corporate Counsel Institute.” This all-new and timely program contains the practical and current information in-house counsel need in this changing, complex business environment. The program features interactive, high-level topics from knowledgeable speakers.

Karen's panel will discuss "Privacy Law and Cyber-security: Hacking Away at Challenges Facing In-House Counsel." Other topics to be covered include: Anatomy of an operating agreement; The latest labor and employment issues facing in-house counsel; Ethical considerations for the in-house lawyer; and The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
