Karen Randall Joins Panel of Federal Experts on Fighting Cybercrime

Karen Painter Randall, Chair of Connell Foley's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group, is a panelist for the webinar "Fighting Cybercrime: Is Your Organization a Soft Target?" hosted by University of South Carolina School of Law's Cybersecurity Legal Task Force, of which Karen is a member. 

The 90-minute presentation, which will take place on October 29, 2019, will explore the current global threat landscape, the efforts of federal law enforcement to combat these threats, and best practices for mitigating the risks associated with the threats.

Joining Karen in the discussion are: Joy Flowers Conti, Senior District Judge, U.S, District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania; Charles "Tod" Eberle IV, Chief, National Security & Cyber Section U.S. Attorney's Office; Steven Kaufman, Principal Deputy Chief Counsel, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency; and Brian Stevens, Special Agent, Federal Bureau of Investigation.
