Kim Guadagno, former New Jersey Lt. Governor and partner at Connell Foley, will speak at the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College's (AADC) 100th Anniversary Women's Conference: Women Moving Forward on March 18, 2023, in East Brunswick, NJ.

This full-day conference celebrates women's advancement over the last 100 years. Kim and co-presenter Sheila Y. Oliver, New Jersey’s current Lt. Governor, will look at how women have progressed in the political arena and provide insights and perspective about barriers that still exist for women in politics, sharing how they overcame challenges on their political path.

The AADC is one of the few women's colleges' alumnae associations that develops and promotes connections among Douglass alumnae by providing programs, services, networks, and learning opportunities that represent the interests and needs of the diverse alumnae.
