Patricia Lee, Chair of Connell Foley’s ERISA and Benefit Plan Litigation Group, is a panelist for the Essex County Bar Association (ECBA) webinar "Remote Civil Jury Trials - Essex Vicinage," which takes place on April 6, 2021.

With Essex County (NJ) courts beginning to engage in remote civil jury trials, practitioners need to understand the logistics of the new virtual civil jury procedures. Patti will join the Hon. Thomas M. Moore, P.J. Civil, Essex Vicinage, and Rick Miceli, who manages the mediation docket in Essex County, to provide valuable insight into virtual trial selection criteria, pretrial requirements and practical tips, such as handling of voir dire, evidence and witness examinations.

The program is appropriate for attorneys at all experience levels, partially satisfies the requirements for Newly Admitted Attorneys and Certified Civil Trial Attorneys, and for non-attorney staff involved in litigation.
