Mark Fleder, a partner in Connell Foley's Construction Law Group, is a moderator at the New Jersey Alliance for Action's "New Jersey Statewide Transportation Conference," taking place October 25, 2019.
Mark will lead the discussion on “Driving Capital Projects Through the Independent Authorities.” The panel will examine how the independent authorities create their capital plans, what they mean to the economy, and what the future will bring for them. Joining Mark in the presentation are panelists Stephen Dougherty, South Jersey Transportation Authority Executive Director; Joseph Resta, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission Executive Director; and Mike Venuto, Delaware River Port Authority Chief Engineer.
