Michael A. Shadiack, Chair of Connell Foley's Labor & Employment Group and Co-chair of Morris County Chamber of Commerce (MCCC) Human Resources and Talents Committee will present "Managing Employee Leaves of Absence and Understanding Income Replacement Benefits," with Co-chair Christy Harper at this month's MCCC Human Resources and Talents Committee meeting on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. Mike will present the legal aspects of employee leaves of absence and Christy will focus on effectively communicating with the employee regarding the leave and benefit options.
