Noel Humphreys Speaks on Multiple Corporate Topics for NBI Seminar & Webcast

Noel Humphreys, of counsel in Connell Foley's Corporate and Business Law Group, is presenting several topics covering a range of corporate law issues for two NBI programs on December 9, 2019.

In "Business Law: A to Z," a program that offers insights on tax strategies, contract negotiation, entity selection and more, Noel covers the topics "Buying and Selling a Business" as well as the "Mini MBA for Attorneys and Accountants." The program is held in Newark, NJ, and is geared towards helping attendees remain up-to-date on best practices and the latest developments in business law.

Noel also is presenting two topics for the December 9 NBI webcast "How to Draft LLC Operating Agreements." This program is designed to offer instruction on drafting an airtight LLC operating agreement that can help protect against future disputes and costly litigation. Noel discusses "Handling Capital Contributions, Profit Distributions and Allocating Losses" as well as "Provisions Addressing Accounting and Tax Issues."
