Karen Painter Randall, Chair of Connell Foley's Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and Incident Response Group, is presenting at the 2022 USLAW Network Professional Liability Forum, July 13-14. The presentation will take place at the Spa at Norwich Inn in Norwich, CT.
Karen and co-presenter Monique Ferraro (Cyber Counsel at HSB Global Cyber Products) will present “Cyber Liability, Hacking and Scamming, and Attendant Claims Against Law Firms.” They will discuss cyberattacks on law firms that are becoming more and more common, compromising data, putting client confidence at risk and imperiling day-to-day operations.
