Karen Painter Randall, Chair of Connell Foley's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group, presents "Cyber Risk Is a D&O Risk" for PLUS New England Chapter's webinar on September 23, 2020. Karen and her co-panelists will examine key cyber issues, explore how COVID-19 has affected cyber risks, discuss how cybersecurity is a D&O liability, the need for cyber due diligence in connection with M&A, and consider how the Board can mitigate exposure.
