Karen Painter Randall, Chair of Connell Foley's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group, is presenting at "In2Risk 2020," the annual conference of The Institutes CPCU Society, a global association for risk management and insurance professionals. Karen will join cyber experts Monique Ferraro, Sean Hoar and Dianna McCarthy in a panel discussion entitled "Shifting Sands of Cyber Legal Landscape." The panel will cover the most important developments in cyber law this year, including the new privacy and cybersecurity legislation, litigation and regulations that are challenging insurers to keep up.
