Connell Foley 24/7 Data Breach Response Hotline

Phone: 973.840.2500

Email: breachresponse@connellfoley.com

The Connell Foley Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group has extensive experience managing responses to information security incidents. Given that time is of the essence in responding to a cyber-attack, the Hotline and email address provide access -- 24 hours a day and 7 days a week -- to a member of Connell Foley's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group. This immediate attention to an affected enterprise's data incident can help mitigate both the financial and reputational damage to the company, as well as ensure that timely notifications are prepared as required by applicable law/regulation.

Connell Foley's breach response assistance includes:

  • Working with key stakeholders to contain the incident
  • Assessing the type and scope of the attack
  • Coordinating any necessary forensic investigation
  • Notifying appropriate law enforcement/governmental agencies
  • Preparing statutory consumer notifications
  • Providing legal representation in any federal or state regulatory enforcement action and/or related data breach litigation
