Former Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno, a partner at Connell Foley LLP, served as ceremony chair for the Monmouth Council, Boy Scouts of America’s 45th Joshua Huddy Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner. This year's event will honor William C. Barham and was held on Saturday, November 3, 2018. In 2011, Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno received the 38th annual Joshua Huddy Distinguished Citizen Award for her record of community service and participating citizenship.
