The Planning Board of Jersey City has approved a Preliminary Site Plan application by Journal Square Urban Renewal Associates, LP, represented by Connell Foley LLP's Charles J. Harrington and Tom Leane. The project, located at 2965 Kennedy Boulevard (Block 9403, Lot 14), will feature two 28-story towers with 657 dwelling units, 11,757 square feet of retail space, 49,944 square feet for extended stay uses, 81 parking spaces, bicycle parking, and tenant amenities.
