Connell Foley LLP Real Estate and Land Use Group member Allyson Kasetta won unanimous approval on behalf of New Jersey-based Russo Development from the Borough Planning Board for a major new mixed use development next to New Jersey’s Paramus Park Mall.

The development, to become part of Russo Development’s signature Vermella brand, will consist of a two-building complex that will house approximately 360 residential units, 12,000 square feet of commercial space, and state of the art amenities. The complex will be north of the Macy’s department store, and its residents will also enjoy close proximity to a brand new hospital, an existing office complex, and several pocket parks.
