Connell Foley is proud to announce that associate Michael Affrunti has been accepted to the New Leaders Council - New Jersey Chapter 2022 cohort. Mike is one of only 20 New Jersey residents selected as a 2022 NLC-NJ Fellow.
The NLC-NJ is the local chapter of the nation’s largest organization that “develops, connects, and uplifts inclusive, cross-sector leaders who transform our country through social and political change rooted in equity.” Fellows selected for the NLC "are civic, political, social, and business entrepreneurs who lead the charge on the ground to solve the most critical challenges facing our communities." The NLC further looks to “connect inclusive leaders who have the expertise to implement change, and provide the skills and network to make that progress a reality.”
Beginning in January 2022, Mike will join hundreds of NLC Fellows across the nation for a six-month leadership institute where they will spend one weekend a month learning and undertaking unique local actions to advance equity in their communities.
