Brad Shalit Covered the 2010 Tax Law Changes for the New Jersey Society of CPAs

ROSELAND, N.J./May 27, 2011 -- Connell Foley partner Brad D. Shalit presented to the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants on the 2010 tax law changes held on March 25, 2011 at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, NJ.

Mr. Shalit's session addressed the sweeping changes to the federal estate and gift tax law implemented at the end of 2010.

Shalit is a member of the firm's Taxation and Estate Planning group and limits his practice to tax planning for individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, IRS controversies, estates, and trusts, with particular emphasis on estate planning and asset protection planning. Shalit lectures extensively on estate planning, asset protection and related tax matters. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court.
