Connell Foley Partner Tom Cosma Speaks at Rutgers University 45th Annual Public Purchasing Education Forum

Thomas S. Cosma will be speaking at the 45th Annual Public Purchasing Education Forum “Professionalism in Public Purchasing” hosted by Rutgers University at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel, on April 30th and May 1st. 

The event is co-sponsored with the New Jersey Association of County Purchasing officials, as well as the Northern and Southern NJ Chapters of the Institute of Governmental Purchasing. This year’s event is also held in conjunction with the NIGP Region II Annual Conference. The Forum will present sessions of interest to, and continuing education credit contact hours for, QPAs, CMFOs, RMCs, CPWMs and CTCs, as well as RPPOs and RPPSs.

Mr. Cosma will be addressing Recent Legislative Procurement Provisions, including the Iran Sanctions Act that was the subject of his November article in the New Jersey Law Journal.
