Firm Represents Dome-Tech in Acquisition by United Technologies

ROSELAND, N.J./October 15, 2007 -- The power subsidiary of industrial conglomerate United Technologies Corporation acquired Edison, New Jersey-based Dome-Tech Incorporated on October 1, 2007. Connell Foley LLP represented Dome-Tech Incorporated.

Dome-Tech Incorporated develops and builds on-site renewable and clean power systems and delivers hands-on energy conservation services for energy intensive companies and institutions. The company‘s clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare providers, industrial companies, utilities, schools, and retailers.


The acquiring company, UTC Power, produces fuel cells. United Technologies Corporation is a diversified company whose products include Carrier heating and air conditioning, Hamilton Sundstrand aerospace systems and industrial products, Otis elevators and escalators, Pratt & Whitney aircraft engines, Sikorsky helicopters, and UTC Fire & Security systems.
