On Thursday, July 10, 2014, Connell Foley Partner Karen P. Randall participated in the panel discussion "Warning! Pitfalls to Avoid in the Changing Technological Climate" - Technology Trends That Are Transforming the Insurance Industry and Practice of Law at the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) 2014 Illinois Event.  In light of the growing role of technology and data privacy in the insurance and legal industries, the panel will examine the impact of social media and cyber liability risks for entities in these areas.  Joining Ms. Randall on the panel were Jim Bonk, Regional Investigations Manager, Midwest at G4S; Ian Matyjewicz, Vice President of Marketing at Herbert L. Jamison & Co., L.L.C.; and Howard Panensky, Assistant Vice President, Claims at Ironshore Insurance Company.
