Roseland, New Jersey - September 8, 2014 - Connell Foley LLP is proud to announce that firm partner Neil Mody was selected by NJBIZ to this year’s “Forty Under 40” listing.  This award is bestowed upon “New Jersey’s most accomplished young businessmen and women who have been making headlines in their field and who share a commitment to business growth, professional excellence and to the community.”

Nominees to NJBIZ’s “Forty Under 40” program are evaluated on specific criteria in the areas of professional accomplishments, leadership, vision and community service.  An independent panel of judges scores each nominee and ultimately identifies the leading 40 candidates.  Mr. Mody and his fellow honorees will be feted at an awards program on Monday, September 29, 2014 at The Palace at Somerset Park.

Mr. Mody devotes his legal practice to representing insurance companies with respect to complex insurance coverage matters. His primary clients include some of the largest and most sophisticated insurers in the world, as well as emerging companies writing surplus and specialty insurance products. In all cases, his legal philosophy and goal is to provide personal attention to his insurer clients' specific needs and the unique circumstances of each exposure to achieve exceptional results.

Mr. Mody is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001 and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 1998.
