Taraschi to Speak at UMDNJ on Professional Practice Legalities

ROSELAND, N.J./January 13, 2009 -- Mitchell W. Taraschi will speak at an upcoming Seminar at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) entitled “I’m graduating, now what???” The seminar is scheduled to take place at UMDNJ in Newark, New Jersey on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at 1:00 p.m., and is designed to provide guidance to  graduate students entering the workforce. Mr. Taraschi’s presentation will focus on how to protect yourself when entering into a professional practice as an employee, partner, or when buying an existing medical practice.

Mr. Taraschi is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Construction Law practice groups.
