Roseland, New Jersey, July 30, 2015 - Connell Foley LLP is proud to announce that Thomas Vecchio, a partner in the firm’s Cherry Hill office, has been named a winner in the 2015 NJBIZ “Forty Under 40” awards program. This annual program recognizes men and women under the age of 40 who have been making headlines in their field and who share a commitment to business growth, professional excellence and the community.
Mr. Vecchio concentrates his practice on representing national health insurance carriers, health plan administrators and related businesses in litigation. He has extensive experience in all levels of the state and federal courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Maryland and has successfully litigated matters of all sizes in all four forums. His achievements include, among others, serving as lead counsel in significant reported decisions. He also advises health insurance carriers on state regulatory compliance issues, a complex and ever-evolving area of law, particularly given the overhaul of the nation’s health care industry.
To qualify for the award, a nominee must meet specific selection criteria and must demonstrate a commitment to professional accomplishment, leadership, vision and community service. Winners were chosen by an independent panel of judges including: Orsola Anderson, MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce; Sandra Miniutti, Charity Navigator; Nikki Ouellette, Choose New Jersey; and Chris Wallace, Prudential Center, New Jersey Devils & Philadelphia 76ers.
