Roseland, New Jersey - June 15, 2015 - Jennifer Critchley and Neil Mody, partners at Connell Foley LLP, were named by the New Jersey Law Journal to this year’s “New Leaders of the Bar,” an annual recognition of the leading 50 attorneys in the state under the age of 40 whose achievements distinguish them from their peers.

Ms. Critchley practices in Connell Foley’s Commercial Litigation and Banking Law & Finance Groups, where she focuses on complex business disputes and disputes relating to check fraud, unauthorized banking transactions and other banking issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code. She has been involved in a wide variety of successful representations in both federal and state courts of New Jersey and New York.

Mr. Mody, a partner in Connell Foley’s Insurance Coverage Group, devotes his legal practice to representing insurance companies with respect to complex insurance coverage matters. His primary clients include some of the largest and most sophisticated insurers in the world, as well as emerging companies writing surplus and specialty insurance products.

Candidates for the “New Leaders of the Bar” award are evaluated on their leadership qualities, demonstrated litigation or transactional experience, and commitment to pro bono, charitable and community work.  Ms. Critchley and Mr. Mody, along with the other honorees, will be profiled in a magazine scheduled for publication in July. They will also be recognized at an event to be held September 17 at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park, NJ.
