Michael Shadiack, Chair of Connell Foley's Labor and Employment Group, is quoted in New Jersey Business Magazine's article "Should Employers Prohibit Co-workers from Dating Each Other?" The article touches on the potential danger of allowing employees to become involved with one another in the age of the "Me Too" movement. It is not uncommon for employers to look down upon co-workers dating, however, most employers do not actually have policies in place on the subject other than for those who are in a supervisory position.
