Michael Shadiack, chair of Connell Foley's Labor and Employment Group quoted in New Jersey Business Magazine's "The Most Important Part of Your Employee Handbook." Mike who spoke at NJBIA's "Employee Handbook Hands-On Clinic," on Friday, November 2, 2018 presented on "Why Do I Need an Employee Handbook?" an in depth look into the importance of having an updated employee handbook and providing supervisor and harassment training in your organization. Mike explains "if your managers don’t know what their role is, it doesn’t do much good.  In fact, making sure your managers and supervisors are trained and know what’s in your handbook could be the most important part of developing or updating one."
