Karen Painter Randall, chair of Connell Foley’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group, and Steven Kroll, a partner in the Group, co-authored the article "The customer is always right: How clients are pushing their outside counsels to adopt stricter cybersecurity standards and protections," which was published in the August 2018 Cybersecurity series issue of the ABA Journal.
