Managing Partner Tim Corriston recently spoke to Capital Analytics Associates in a spotlight interview and talked about the firm’s significant growth over the past year with the addition of six lateral partners, each with expertise in different areas. As a native born and raised in Bergen County, NJ, Tim provided an in-depth view of some of the challenges of living and doing business in the state.
Recognizing that New Jersey is part of a very competitive region, Tim also talked about the state’s challenges in attracting and retaining a skilled workforce. He explains that law firms must have an in-depth understanding of what is happening in the market but also recognizes that generational differences can substantially impact business and growth within the state.
