ROSELAND, N.J./November 13, 2007 -- Elizabeth W. Eaton is featured in an article published in the December issue of New Jersey Real Estate. The article, “New Jersey Women in Real Estate,” profiles top professionals in all disciplines of the fast moving real estate industry in New Jersey.

Ms. Eaton was chosen for this honor because of her accomplishments handling high-profile real estate transactions, her depth of real estate knowledge, her superior organizational skills, her strong work ethic, and her keen eye for detail.

Ms. Eaton focuses her practice in the commercial real estate arena. She joined Connell Foley in 2005 and has been involved with a large number of real estate transactions, from acquisitions and sales to tax appeals and land use.

She is currently involved in the development of a luxury golf course and an associated high-end townhouse complex in Jersey City. In the past she has assisted with the successful negotiation of a $7 million settlement for a large New Jersey-based private university that was suing a developer; facilitated property exchanges necessary for the completion of a massive urban redevelopment project in Newark; and prepared real estate and redevelopment documents, and worked to obtain approvals that helped a major New Jersey mall expand its footprint and develop much-needed new parking facilities.
