Schewe Authors Article on H-1B Visa Alternatives

Michael Schewe, an associate in Connell Foley's Labor and Employment Law Group, authored the article "Your H-1B Petition Was Not Selected in the Lottery; Now What?" for the Employment & Immigration special supplement to the April 17, 2017 issue of the New Jersey Law Journal.  Michael's article examines the various options that employers may have if their petition for an H-1B visa for a skilled foreign worker is not selected for review through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) lottery.
