Mitchell Taraschi, a partner in Connell Foley’s Product Liability Group, and Brendan Carroll, a Litigation associate with the firm, co-authored the article “The Evolving Nature of Parent-Child (Filial) Loss of Consortium Claims,” which was published in the June 2016 issue of Strictly Speaking, the newsletter of the DRI Product Liability Committee.
