The Spring 2002 issue of New Jersey Constructor Magazine has published an article by Thomas S. Cosma and Paul T. Fader titled "The Rating Game: When Does a Contractor Exceed Its Aggregate Rating?". The article focuses upon the rating of contractors under the public bidding laws of New Jersey. Cosma and Fader are partners in the Connell Foley's Construction Law practice group.
