Overview

Abby Weiner, of counsel in Connell Foley LLP's Corporate and Business Law Group, practices in all areas of corporate and real estate law. Abby has extensive experience representing clients on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, formation and organization of corporations, limited-liability companies and other entities, corporate governance, private placements, and general commercial agreements and transactions. She also advises clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage financing and construction financing.

Prior to joining Connell Foley, Abby practiced for many years in the corporate and real estate law practices of an internationally recognized construction law firm.
