Alvin Barskiy

Alvin Barskiy is an associate in Connell Foley LLP’s Real Estate and Land Use and Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and Incident Response Groups. His experience includes complex real estate transactions, purchase sale agreements, commercial leases, tenant estoppels, title searches, review of joint venture and stock pledge agreements, and corporate resolutions. He has also assisted in creating limited liability companies, including formation documents and by-laws/operating agreements.

Alvin's expertise in commercial real estate gives him unique insight into advising on cyber incidents, including email compromise, data breaches, malware, wire scams, and privacy laws that impact the industry.

Prior to entering private practice, Alvin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Hanna, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Morris County.

Alvin received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School - Newark in 2019 and his B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University in 2015.

Alvin is fluent in Russian.
