Overview

Ashley White is an accomplished litigator who focuses her practice on cybersecurity, intellectual property, professional liability, commercial litigation, and general liability matters. She has significant experience handling disputes from inception through trial in New York and New Jersey federal and state courts. In addition to her experience practicing at prominent New York and New Jersey based law firms, Ashley has worked as a Special Deputy Attorney General/Acting Assistant Prosecutor at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office in Newark, New Jersey. She also served as a New Jersey State Judiciary Law Clerk in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She has tried both criminal and civil matters and has extensive experience protecting and enforcing her client’s intellectual property rights pre- and post- prosecution as well as handling complex incident response, data privacy, and patent matters. She is also a court certified mediator in New Jersey.
