Overview
Jeffrey D. Cheney is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use practice group where he concentrates his practice on environmental, land use and real estate matters.
Prior to joining Connell Foley LLP, Jeffrey worked as an associate attorney focusing on municipal law, tax appeals, land use and redevelopment. He served as Counsel for land use boards in Gloucester, Middlesex and Ocean Counties as well as Old Bridge Redevelopment Agency. He regularly drafted appellate briefs in cases of a variety of subject matter including elections, land use, and employment during his time at law firm based in New Jersey.
Jeffrey holds a JD from University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and a B.S. from Coastal Carolina University. During law school, Jeffrey completed several internships, including positions at the UNH School of Law Intellectual Property and Transaction Clinic and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
