Overview

Jennifer Bogdanski, of counsel in Connell Foley LLP’s Real Estate and Land Use Group, focuses primarily on property acquisitions, condemnation matters, and land use approvals and litigation.

Jennifer has served as special real estate counsel to a local county planning board and community college  where she assembled the land required for a campus in Union City. She also played a vital role in a land exchange with the United States Army and secured land use approvals for private developers, including Hoboken's Northwest redevelopment area.

Jennifer has also defended agency relocation claims before the Office of Administration Law and public bidding determinations at the New Jersey Superior Court and in arbitration via the American Arbitration Association.

Jennifer graduated from New York University School of Law and received her B.A. in Psychology & Creative Writing from Hamilton College.
