Niki Waters

Niki Waters represents clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters including products liability and premises liability.

She holds a B.S. in Criminology & Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Prior to joining Connell Foley, Niki worked as an associate attorney at regional law firms, where she developed her skills in matters involving tort claims, constitutional challenges and employment disputes.
