Overview

Will Gattoni handles complex commercial litigation, labor and employment matters, white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and claims arising from various business relationships, primarily those involving franchise and trademark disputes in the retail and hospitality sectors. He serves as co-counsel in all aspects of litigation, from discovery, depositions and motion practice through trial preparation.

Will received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was an active participant in the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society. He received his B.S. in Finance, with dual minors in Accounting and Law, Politics, and Philosophy, from The College of New Jersey. At TCNJ, he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Basketball Team during the 2008-2009 season. Will also represents and manages several athletes as a registered NFLPA Player Agent and PGA Tour Player Manager.
