Michael Shadiack, Chair of Connell Foley's Labor and Employment Group, will deliver a presentation  titled "How to Design and Implement an Effective Training Program for Workplace Harassment Prevention" to the New Jersey Club Managers Association on January 30, 2024.

Using practical examples, Mike will explain the who, what, when, where and why of conducting an effective workplace harassment prevention program. The topics he will address include:

  • Which employers are required to provide such training, and which employees must attend the training;
  • Where such training should be conducted, how many sessions it should include, and whether supervisory and non-supervisory employees should attend the same training session; and
  • How often employers should conduct such training.

The session is a must for all managers, supervisors, department heads and HR directors.
