Craig Demareski to Present at NJSBA Webcast -- 2022 Legal Malpractice Update

Craig Demareski, a partner in Connell Foley's Professional Liability Group, will join a panel of speakers for the NJSBA 2022 Legal Malpractice Update on March 26, 2022 to discuss legal malpractice, risk management and ethics issues for attorneys.

Craig will present on the topic of “Defending the Malpractice Claim: Moving to dismiss as premature or unripe because the underlying claim is still pending.”  Other speakers will present on issues of compliance with professional liability statutory requirements, shifting the blame to others, and expert reports in legal malpractice cases. The program will culminate in a legal malpractice courtroom demonstration.
