Gregory Ein, an associate in Connell Foley’s Taxation and Estate Planning Group, will present “Nuts and Bolts of Guardianship/Fiduciary Practice” for the Bergen County Bar Association (BCBA) on March 16 in Fair Lawn, NJ.

Greg and co-presenters April Fronduto-Slavin, Esq. (Special Deputy Surrogate), Hon. James J. DeLuca, J.S.C. (Ret.), Elton John Bozanian, Esq., and Matthew M. Nicodemo, Esq. with moderator Brian E. Shea, Esq. will provide an overview of the terms, concepts and procedural considerations in guardianship actions for practitioners becoming actively involved in this challenging and rewarding area.
